Course Information

The course enables to combine by the ability to computational preparing and managing of documentation of major study subjects. Use of design aiding modules. Design and dimensioning of machine parts using appropriate programs. Searching of standards and commercial information via internet. Analysing the homepages of producers. Creating exploded pictorial assembly drawing. Animations. Finite elements method, stress analysis. Semester project: preparing the 3D model and 2D documentation of a mechanical assembly (assembly drawing, subassembly and working drawings). Definition of constructional, assembling, strenght and production aspects.
